Hold fn, speak, release — the text lands at your cursor, punctuated and capitalized, in whatever app you're using.
Press fn + space and dictate long-form without holding anything. Press again to stop.
Click the Flow Bar pill at the bottom of your screen to start or stop hands-free dictation with the mouse.
Save anything you paste often — an address, a sign-off, a reply — to a numbered slot, then press fn + 1…0 to paste it into any app.
Press fn + Z to toggle AI formatting any time — even mid-dictation. The recording pill shows an "AI" badge while it's on, and spoken lists become bullet points, letters get their layout, long thoughts get their paragraphs.
Teach Fabled Flow a name or brand word once — it's corrected in every future dictation, and ordinary words are never touched.
